Anh Giang Villa is an urban home shaped like a “living tower” within a quiet neighborhood — where layered balconies, greenery, and glass frames stack vertically to create a façade that feels both protected and open.
From the outside, the architecture is defined by subtle setbacks and cantilevered volumes, giving the building depth and a rhythmic presence. From within, expansive glazed openings frame the sky, trees, and daylight, allowing each level to feel like a private garden in the city.
The aluminum–glass systems executed by AREUS form more than just an enclosure — they act as a soft boundary between inside and outside, where light is carefully guided in, views are selectively revealed, and privacy is preserved for a refined urban living experience.
