C Villa is a high-end private residence designed in a contemporary architectural language, featuring layered volumes, deep balconies, and generous roof overhangs that control sunlight and heat while creating depth along the façade.
The project is equipped with Schüco aluminum–glass systems implemented by AREUS, which play a central role in extending the living spaces toward the garden and surrounding landscape.
Large glazed surfaces run across the façade, allowing natural light to flood the interiors while delivering European-standard thermal insulation, acoustic performance, and airtightness.
